Step 1: Booking Confirmation

After you contact us via WhatsApp or our booking form, you’ll receive a confirmation message from us within a few hours. This message includes:

• Your confirmed appointment date and time
• Your groomer’s name
• A brief checklist to prepare your pet

Step 2: The Day Before — Simple Prep Work

You don’t need to do anything complicated, but a little prep makes the session smoother:

• Brush out your pet’s coat. If your dog or cat is heavily matted, let us know in advance. We can help, but it takes extra time.
• Avoid feeding a large meal 1-2 hours before if your pet gets car-sick or anxious. A light stomach is more comfortable.
• Make sure your pet is calm. A short walk before the session helps dogs arrive at the “grooming van” in a relaxed state.

Step 3: The Groomer Arrives

Our groomer will arrive at your building gate or driveway at the scheduled time. They’ll introduce themselves to you and briefly to your pet before beginning.

Don’t be alarmed if your pet is initially curious or a little unsure about the van — that’s completely normal, and our groomers are experts at helping pets transition comfortably.

Step 4: The Grooming Session

Depending on the service you’ve booked and your pet’s size and coat type, a standard session takes between 45 minutes to 2 hours. Here’s what happens inside:

1. Health check — The groomer checks eyes, ears, skin, and coat for any concerns before starting.
2. Bath using the appropriate shampoo for your pet’s coat type.
3. Blow dry and detangling — performed thoroughly to prevent matting.
4. Haircut and styling as per the breed standard or your instructions.
5. Nail clipping and filing.
6. Ear cleaning.
7. Finishing touches — a quick spritz of pet-safe cologne and a final brush-through.

Step 5: Handover and Feedback

Our groomer will walk you through what they found during the session — any skin concerns, early signs of ear issues, or coat condition notes that you should be aware of.
